OSAussies.com follows the fortunes of professional Australian football players who play overseas. The site has quickly gained a following and has regular contributions from several professional players currently playing overseas.
The site specs were that it should have white text on a black background and a two column layout with the menus on the left. The Australian team colours are yellow and green, so those colours were used as a basis for the design as well.
The site started its life as a Blogger blog, so after I had set up the web hosting account and set up the WordPress blog, I transferred all the posts – text and images – from Blogger to WordPress. Full support and training was provided to Adam, the site owner, via Facebook messages.
ExoticTeaStore.com is a blog dedicated to all sorts of tea from all over the world.
“I needed a website for my tea business but I knew nothing about website building, promotion, and on-line sales capability.
“Luckily, there was Grasp-The-Nettle.com, a very aptly named site for someone like me, run by David Hurley. He was able to do something truly remarkable: he made my Internet business set-up experience absolutely painless.
“David listened to my input, gave me choices, and promptly came up with a beautiful WordPress blog that far exceeded my expectations. Not only that, but David also gave me valuable guidance on website promotion so that I knew exactly what I had to do to attract customers to my website. Customers and prospective business partners are constantly complimenting me on my site.
“Another nice surprise was that David set everything up for me completely free of charge!
“I went back to David to ask him to make another website where I could post information about Panamanian cuisine and was delighted with the result:
Panama-Food-Recipes.com
“I highly recommend David Hurley’s website and Internet marketing services to anyone who wants an Internet presence for whatever reason, but especially to those who desire to be successful in business.”
