My New SFI Affiliate Rewards Programme For Active Members Of My Team

This post is for anybody who is in my SFI affiliate team or who is looking for an active sponsor of a legitimate Internet-based network marketing business to join under.

Rewards For My Active SFI Affiliates

As many of you know, for the last 10 months I have been reallocating five new affiliates to anybody who achieves Executive Affiliates status in my SFI downline. The affiliates are added to the first level downlines of EAs the following month.

I have reallocated well over 750 new affiliates to EAs since August 2011.

After ten months I have built up enough data – and experience – to understand that while rewarding active affiliates is one of the keys to building an active team, there is still a need to IMPROVE my rewards program so that my truly active team members AND my new affiliates will benefit as much as possible from my rewards programme.

Disadvantages Of My Original Rewards Programme

I have come to realize that there are three key problem areas to my current reward programme:

1. ANYBODY can become an EA in the 1st month, simply by “clicking for VP” on the SFI members site.

2. Too many “1st month EAs” who I reward in month 2 do NOTHING after that. This is not fair on the new PSAs who I reallocate.

3. On the other hand, some “month 1 EAs” accumulate a few hundred VP each month but are not able to renew EA status for various reasons.

Those three points suggest to me that my original rewards plan is not actually very efficient in DELIVERING the best value to the most active people in my downline. My aim is always to find and encourage ACTIVE, LOYAL and AMBITIOUS SFI affiliates and help them to succeed. So, from June 2012 I am launching a NEW Rewards Program for active affiliates in my SFI downline.

My SFI Affiliate Rewards Programme 2.0

1. All EAs in my downline will QUALIFY to receive free PSAs added to their team the FOLLOWING month.

2. The number of PSAs you receive the month AFTER becoming an EA will now DEPEND ON YOUR LEVEL OF ACTIVITY!

You will now receive “1 x PSA” per 500VP” you accumulate in the month AFTER you become an EA.

This Is Good News For Two Types Of SFI Affiliate In My Downline

1. Super affiliates who get to Bronze Team Leader and higher levels

You will now be rewarded with 6, 7, 8 or more PSAs depending on your total VP points.

2. Struggling but active affiliates

I have seen that a lot of you are committed to SFI but cannot get to EA every month. Now, if you get to EA in one month, I will reward you the following month with “1 PSA per 500 VP” and I will continue to do that every month you accumulate at least 500VP.

So, once you have been an EA, you could continue to receive 1 or 2 PSAs per month from me if you get to 500 VP or 1000 VP. On the other hand, if you accumulate 5,000 VP you will receive 10 PSAs (one per 500 VP).

Other Advantages Of The New System

From now on, NOBODY who goes inactive the month after becoming an EA will get rewarded.

That means new PSAs who are reallocated will ALL be reallocated to active sponsors, even if those sponsors are not yet able to get to EA every month.

Does that sound fair to you?

All you have to do now is to achieve EA status to get onto my rewards schedule and once you are on my rewards schedule you will stay there for as long as you accumulate at least 500VP per month.
