My one question is this: All but 1 of my new PSAs has a valid E-mail address, and I was able to send them the welcome letter, as well as some group messages. But just one, that I have tried repeatedly to e-mail, keeps coming back as undeliverable.
I’m sure this has probably happened before, so do you have any idea how I might be able to contact her, other than group messages, to ensure that she corrects this in the system and doesn’t miss out on any future messages? I’m just afraid that if she doesn’t actually log on to SFI, she will have no idea that we are trying to reach her and make sure she doesn’t miss out on this opportunity.

Here is how I responded to this question.
When a PSA has an undeliverable email address, that is usually a sign of a lack of commitment on the PSA’s part.
Your only other ways to contact are via the SFI mailer, or possibly via telephone or by posting a letter if the affiliate entered those details.
Actually, a letter may have an impact as it is so unusual to receive a letter from your sponsor!
However, my best advice is to consider the time/money ratio in any online business activity.
Is it really worth spending so much time on the one PSA who has shown the least commitment to you by entering an unreliable email address? I think not.
How much is an hour of your time worth?
If you don’t know, make it a priority to give your time a value, and then use that value to decide whether the return on what you are doing justifies the time spent doing it.
This email took me about 10 minutes to write, which I value at about $5. I think it is worth the time investment because you have stepped up and bought one of my products, and invested some of YOUR time in contacting me to thank me for it and offered feedback.
