What is

Squidoo is an ever-expanding website that consists of a network of pages built by its members who are called "lensmasters". Squidoo is free and on Squidoo it easy for anyone to set up a single page (aka "lens") on virtually any topic of interest.
Squidoo was launched in October 2005 by Seth Godin, author of the far-sighted 1999 bestseller,
Permission Marketing.
Squidoo is all about showing your enthusiasm for your topic by supplying links to detailed info on other websites. Squidoo is totally cool about including business and affiliate marketing links, so a lot of Internet marketers use it to talk about their products.

Clickbank is free to join and lists a huge and ever-expanding range of ebooks and other affiliate products and resources. Many of the Clickbank merchants offer high commission rates.
I've just been reading a report by Cynthia Minnaar on one of her Squidoo lenses about a guy called Justin Harrison who is a leading authority on making a ton of money by promoting Clickbank products.
Here's an extract from Cyn's report:
